DescriptionThe mug is cream in colour. It features the following text in black: "Richmal Crompton Lamburn creator of Just William Born November 15th 1890 - Bury, Lancs. 1902-1911 Pupil and teacher at 1914-1917 St. Elphin's School, Derbyshire. Died January 11th 1969 - Chislehurst, Kent." Alongside the text is an illustration (in black) [of Richmal Crompton's character, William, (drawn by Thomas Henry?) outside St Elphin's School, Darley Dale, Derbyshire]. The mug was created by Holkham.
