- An envelope sent from the Royal Mail on the first day the stamps were issued [this envelope presumably once contained the whole set of commemorative stamps, of which the William-themed stamp was one]. The envelope contains a card giving information about the stamps found in the set, including the William-themed stamp [this card was sent out alongside the set of stamps, although the set of stamps is no longer present in this envelope]. Envelope and information card created in 1993.
